Larry Aufmuth received his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his law degree from Stanford University in 1969. Larry has practiced law in Palo Alto since 1971. In 1998, Larry joined with his current partners in a business venture managing ambulatory surgery centers which has become the primary focus of his energies. He remains happy and smiling.

Diane Tugaw

Diane Tugaw joined the staff of Ware & Freidenrich in 1981 having previously worked for an estate planning attorney in Napa. At Ware & Freidenrich, Diane developed a variety of expertise. She has worked with Larry and his clients since 1982 and in the process has become an integral part of each client relationship. She has extensive experience in forming, obtain approvals for and compliance matters related to partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, and private foundations. She is also responsible for spread sheet analysis and internal financial accounting for investment partnerships.
